FIFTY FIFTY's Keena Reportedly Withdrew Appeal for Injunction to Suspend Exclusive Contact With ATTRAKT

On October 16th, according to Star News Korea, FIFTY FIFTY submitted a withdrawal of appeal to the Seoul High Court regarding their provisional injunction to suspend exclusive contracts with agency ATTRAKT.

Later on, Star News Korea specified that among the members, only Keena submitted a letter to withdraw her appeal. The rest of the members—Saena, Sio, and Aran—will continue their cases in court.

"Only Keena appointed a new legal representative and submitted a withdrawal of appeal," a legal representative reportedly told Star News. Adding, "The appeal process for the remaining three members continues."

When asked about the reason for Keena's withdrawal of appeal, the legal representative did not release a statement.

In June of this year, fans were shocked when it was revealed that trending girl group FIFTY FIFTY filed a request for injunction to suspend the exclusive contracts with their agency ATTRAKT due to unclear settlement, lack of support, and broken mutual trust. However in August, the court decided to dismiss FIFTY FIFTY's injunction application. Despite of this, FIFTY FIFTY's legal representative told media outlets that they will file an appeal against the hearing results and continue with the lawsuit against ATTRAKT. Moreover, Earlier this week, the members also shocked the public when they revealed the mental and physical health issues they suffered under the agency.

With Keena withdrawing her appeal, attention is focused on how the three members will continue with their legal battle against ATTRAKT.
