Last September, FNC Entertainment announced that they are planning to launch a seven-member multinational boy group consisting of Boys Planet fan-favorite contestants Na Kamden and Choi Ji Ho, with a slated November 2023 debut.
Fast forward to October 18th, FNC Entertainment finally unveiled the boy group's name as "AMPERS&ONE," which is a compound word of Ampersand, which represents 'and,' added with 'ONE', which means you, me, and we—are all one. The name expresses that we come together as one and achieve our dreams and become one.
Along with the announcement of the group name, FNC Entertainment also revealed that Boys Planet's Chinese-Canadian trainee Brian will be joining the group, boasting his attractive visuals and smooth vocals.
FNC Entertainment will soon reveal the rest of the members, as well as more details about the group's highly-awaited debut.
