On January 30th, Cube Entertainment revealed to Newsen Korea, "Minnie and Yuqi will appear on music shows this week, starting with 'M Countdown'."
Days before the release of (G)I-DLE's 2nd full-length album, members Minnie and Yuqi halted activities due to poor health. Cube Entertainment announced, "Minnie and Yuqi visited the hospital due to poor physical condition, including symptoms of fever and complaints of migraines. In accordance with the medical staff's diagnosis, we suspended all schedules and are focusing on sufficient rest and treatment."
It is said that Minnie and Yuqi pursued to perform on music shows because of their strong will to perform right in front of fans.
(G)I-DLE made their official comeback on January 29th with their 2nd full album "2," together with the music video for the title track "Super Lady."
