BTS's V Updates Fans During Military Service

On the same day, the BTS member sent replies to the messages that fans left him on Weverse. One fan said, "I haven't forgotten. I'm here as always. I purple you." V replied, "that's a relief. I thought it was only me [thinking about you]."

V's weight change also became the subject of discussion among the messages. One fan asked, "How much weight have you gained? Are you eating well?" To which V said, "I'm currently filming the secret life of Kim Taehyung. 86kg possible if I continue to eat exercise and film in this state."

Moreover, V told fans, "I will build up my physical strength to stay healthy and strong, not to be pushed back by someone else's shoulders, and not to be exhausted even after a concert." V also predicted a whopping 24kg increase, saying, "I am 62kg now, but I will be at 86kg."

The singer-actor, who is currently deployed at the 2nd Army Corps in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do, and is serving as a special lease for the military police team under the command, is scheduled to be discharged on June 10, 2025.
