Rapper, singer-songwriter, composer, and producer Zico becomes the 5th MC of ‘The Seasons’.
In an announcement through Dispatch, KBS-2TV states, "Zico has taken over the hosting role of 'The Seasons' as Lee Hyori's replacement," and "it is scheduled to air for the first time on the 26th of next month."
KBS previously stated that “the next host will be someone who has the same level of topicality and musical ability as previous MCs.”
Zico debuted as the leader, main rapper, and vocalist of the group Block B in 2011. He made his solo debut in 2014. He is also a part of the project boy group FANXYCHILD.
In 2019, Zico opened his own label, KOZ Entertainment. He is also the executive producer of BOYNEXTDOOR.
Jay Park, Choi Jung Hoon, and AKMU were the first three MC’s of ‘The Seasons’ series. Currently, Lee Hyori is the MC for ‘The Seasons: Red Carpet With Lee Hyo Ri’. Its finale is scheduled for the 29th.
