LE SSERAFIM Continues to Receive Cold Treatment From Korean Netizens Following Eunchae’s Magazine Interview Regarding Pressure

In a forum post on a local Korean community site, a Korean netizen shared LE SSERAFIM Eunchae's interview for Weverse magazine during their song "EASY" promotions.

"We're a group that came out of HYBE, and we're working in a good environment, with a good staff, so we feel like we should perform well, and sometimes it's overwhelming because people only see the finished product, and if it's not good, I feel guilty, and it's hard to keep up. So I think the message in "EASY" is the one I'm most confident about and the one I love the most, because it's something I've wanted to say for a while, and I think there were a lot of times when my team worked hard and the results didn't match up to the hard work we put in, and that makes me sad and frustrated, but now I'm thinking, 'It'll be cool if it works out later.' So I'm trying to tell myself 'It's no fun if it's good from the beginning!'"

Following recent controversies that LE SSERAFIM got involved with this year, from the plagiarism accusation for "Smart," their Coachella performance, Sakura's Weverse post and Chaewon's Instagram story, the group continues to receive cold treatment from Korean netizens.

  • But it seems like all celebrities experience pressure.
  • I thought LE SSERAFIM was good, but it's a shame there was more pressure... no one around me didn't know Antifragile, and wasn't it Perfect night? It also took first place. It seems like the company's expectations are too high.
  • If you think about that, practice some more.
  • Yes, LE SSERAFIM is also a victim of HYBE.
  • It seems like a case where the results always followed, but I'm just curious as to where you felt the results didn't follow.
  • The concept was wrong and the practice was... ugh, I have nothing to say.
  • You said you worked hard? Haha. You're tone-deaf. How did you practice? Didn't you feel embarrassed during the practice?
  • Honestly, it's funny
  • Are they the only ones who feel the burden? I admit that they are trying to feel guilty because they took someone else's ambassadorship and tried to have it all for themselves.
  • Try hard? Compared to what you did? Didn’t the results follow?? I don't think you've ever had any enemies. What? hahaha.
  • All singers experience pressure. Is there any singer who can avoid it?
  • Aren’t other groups like that? Just practice.
  • To be honest, I have no idea how hard they worked. No one else will know either. Only they will know. Even if you couldn't perform live, you may have worked hard at dancing, and you may have practiced hard for LIVE, but the results may not have come out. But I wonder what right I have to argue like this. It’s not like I’m paying their salary lol.
  • Practice singing in that good environment.
  • I don't know the intention of this post. Is there a group that doesn't have experience pressure? You don't even have any debt.
  • Is there a group without pressure? Seriously, there isn't one group, not even one group.
  • Looking at their live performance, it doesn't seem like they were under that much pressure.
