Introduction

Acid Angel from Asia, also known as tripleS AAA, was the first sub-unit of the girl group tripleS under MODHAUS.

On September 16, 2022, MODHAUS announced their First Gravity, titled "Grand Gravity", where fans would be able to vote, using the Cosmo App, to place the eight revealed members in two units of four: +(KR)rystal Eyes and Acid Angel from Asia. NaKyoung was the first member announced on September 22, followed by HyeRin on September 23, YuBin on September 24, and, finally, YooYeon on September 25.

Acid Angel from Asia debuted on October 28, 2022, with the mini album "ACCESS".

On November 21, 2022, they were officially 'dissolved', yet they continued promotional activities into early December with fan sign events. In an interview with NME, MODHAUS's CEO Jaden Jeong clarified that the unit did not disband but won't be releasing any new albums and explained that "disbanding" does not have the same meaning in the tripleS system and that fans will be able to see the unit again in the future.
