Introduction

APEX, formerly known as Like A Movie, is a five-member boy group under Top Cloud Entertainment. Originally a six-member group, they debuted on June 17, 2018 with the digital single "Twilight".

2021: Couple On May 27, 2021, they announced their comeback with their third digital single "Couple" set for June 3, 2021.

2022: Woohyuk's departure, Mingyu's hiatus On March 21, 2022, Top Cloud Entertainment announced that Woohyuk would take a temporary break from group activities due to his severe panic disorder. On May 30, 2022, it was announced that Woohyuk would be departing from the group due to his worsening panic attacks. On October 6, 2022, they announced that member Mingyu would be entering a health-related hiatus due to his deteriorating health. The group continued to promote as three members.

2023: New members On November 6, 2023, they announced two new members: Gyeom and KDAY, who are both former members of NCUS.

2024: Domo's departure, Name change On January 17, 2024, Domo personally announced his departure from the group after admitting to evading his military service. On July 2, the group announced they had changed their name to APEX.
