Introduction

Double-u(W) (Korean: 더블유; Japanese: ダブルユー(W)) or D-U (디-유) was a South Korean girl group created by Changs Entertainment. They debuted as a five-member group on October 14, 2009 with the digital single “Unique Us Woman”. In 2010, Two members, Jua and Jihyun, left the group, leaving Double-u(W) as a three-member group. They had one more comeback, “Look”, with the trio but they disbanded in 2011.
