Introduction

LU4US (Korean: 루쿠스; Japanese: ルクス), formerly known as LU:KUS and L.A.U, is a South Korean boy group under JWK Entertainment.

The group originally debuted as a five-member group under the name LU:KUS. Around 2014 they changed the group's name to L.A.U and promoted as a 4-member group after the departure of member Jinhwan. They later changed the group name to LU4US and then later back LU:KUS. On December 25, 2016, through their official Twitter account, the departure of maknae Jin Wan was announced due to health problems, also informing that the group would return the following year with the remaining three members.

On March 7, 2020, Haewon announced that he would be retiring from being an idol. On June 24, 2020, it was announced that Jonghyo would be joining the group's promotions. On June 15, 2021, Kyungjin announced through his Instagram profile that he was leaving the group to focus on solo activities. On July 22, 2022, the group announced on their Twitter and Donghyeon's Instagram that Kyungjin had decided to return to their activities with LU4US, reverting to being a 4-member group.
