Introduction

MIMIIROSE (formerly stylized "mimiirose"), known pre-debut as mimiimiii, is a seven-member South Korean girl group under Pocket7 Entertainment.

On September 1, 2022, Hyo Ri, Yeon Jae, Ye Won, Jia, and Yun Ju were revealed as members of MIMIIROSE. Formed under YES IM Entertainment, they debuted as five with the single album “AWESOME” on September 16, 2022.

On November 21, 2023, it was announced that the members had terminated their exclusive contracts with YES IM Entertainment through a mutual agreement. On March 26, 2024, it was reported that the members had signed an exclusive contract with Pocket7 Entertainment and that they were preparing for a comeback with the addition of two new members.

On June 1, 2024, MIMIIROSE signed an executive contract with TG Entertainment for the management of their Japanese activities.

On July 24, their long-awaited comeback was announced on their SNS. As their SNS were being updated, their name, which had been stylized "mimiirose", was changed to "MIMIIROSE" in all caps.

On August 2, 2024, Anna and Ye Rin were revealed as new members of MIMIIROSE. The group will make its debut as a seven-member group on August 16, with their third single album "REEBON".

The group’s name is a fusion of "mimimii", which means beauty, and "rose". It compares the petals’ layers to the beauty that is seen and unseen, implying that the members will blossom like a captivating rose.
