Byeolha (별하) is a South Korean trainee under Liz Entertainment. She is a pre-debut member of the project girl group Chic & Idle. She is a former pre-debut member of MIDNIGHT as Seyeon (세연).

On June 26, 2020, Byeolha was revealed as the second member to be added to the lineup of Liz Entertainment's new project girl group. She debuted in the group on July 20, with their first digital single "3! 4!".
