Park Jong-chan (박종찬) also known as Hwarang (화랑) is a South Korean actor, rapper, songwriter, and producer. He was a member of the boy group SPECTRUM and was a pre-debut member of LUCENTE under the name Jong Chan.
On October 4, 2023, it was reported by different news sites that Hwarang had filmed a woman without her consent at his house while she was asleep intoxicated. Following the reports, his social media accounts went private and his scenes on a web drama were edited out.
