Son Jin Wook

Introduction

Son Jin Wook (Jinwook, 손진욱) is a rock singer, known for his wide vocal range, versatility and amazing proficiency in high-pitched notes. He's a vocalist of a 5-member alternative rock/metal band DANGGISIO (당기시오) that debuted in 2015 with the single "Rope". He then released two EPs: "Moonlight" and "Last Dream".

In 2021 Jinwook participated in a "Superband 2" survival show but was eliminated by judges in the second round, causing a strong backlash from viewers.
Later the same year he tried his chances in another survival show: "Kookmin Singer" (Tomorrow's National Singer) with much be. He advanced to the finals and placed 7th, which gave him the opportunity to make his solo debut with a single "Paradigm", and be a regular singer of "The Country Calls" TV CHOSUN's show for over a year. Through that time he developed his singing abilities even further and widened the range of music genres he's proficient in.

By the end of 2022, he also won in the King of Mask Singer mystery music show (ep. 186-190).

While he started his solo activities, his official fancafe named "At The Sparkling" was created. Jinwook's official fans are called "Klings". In 2023 he also created an official YouTube channel, where he's releasing his new original solo music and a lot of song covers. He also works as a DJ in BTN RADIO "Mate ON" broadcast.
