Breaking News: Garam Officially Leaves LE SSERAFIM

After months of hiatus, Kim Garam officially leaves LE SSERAFIM.

On July 20th, HYBE and Source Music officially announced the termination of Kim Garam's contract. They announced, "We have decided to terminate our exclusive contract with Kim Garam," adding, "We sincerely apologize for causing inconvenience to fans and many others due to the controversy over Kim Garam."

It can be remembered that before debuting, Kim Garam was already embroiled in school bullying accusations. HYBE continued to stand by her and took legal actions to protect her. She was able to debut, but the controversy continued and the events lead up to her going on hiatus from promotions, just 18 days after officially debuting as a member of LE SSERAFIM. Despite her hiatus, she continued to participate in Japanese pictorials and other non-performance related activities.

LE SSERAFIM will continue to promote as a five-member group.
