On June 22, a fan published the tweets of Chuu's fansite master on theqoo, sharing the alleged mistreatment that the idol has suffered:
- Starting from May, Blockberry Creative didn't give Chuu a manager and she had to attend her schedules on her own, even though the manager wasn't busy
- For her activities, the agency didn't give her a van or a car, so she had to take a taxi to move
- She had to move her bags and baggage on her own
- For Weekly Idol, Chuu left before the other members and had to take a taxi
- Chuu is the only member whose photo didn't change in the official profile photos
Many Korean and international netizens criticized Blockberry Creative because Chuu has been overworked for a while and she won't even attend the group's first world tour due to overlapping activities.
