South Korean boy band TO1 disbands three years after debut.
On December 17, TO1's agency WAKEONE posted an announcement on their official fan cafe saying:
"Hello, this is WAKEONE. First of all, we sincerely thank TOOGETHER for loving and supporting TO1. After much thorough discussion, members Dongeon, Chan, Jisu, Jaeyun, J.You, Kyungho, Daigo, and Yeojeong have collectively decided not to renew their exclusive contracts with us, and their contracts will come to an end on December 31, 2023.
"We are both grateful and sorry to TOOGETHER who has supported and loved TO1. We ask for your continued support for the members who will embark on a new journey other than TO1, and we sincerely are cheering on them for their future endeavors.
We thank TOOGETHER once again for supporting TO1," they added.
T.O.1 debuted on April 1, 2020, with their first mini album Reason For Being: Benevolence with Magnolia as the title track.
They were formed through Mnet's 2019 reality show 'World Klass.'
