Debuting from one of the largest Korean entertainment companies, HYBE, LE SSERAFIM quickly became popular in addition to the enthusiasm of fans looking forward to the debut of I*ZONE members Sakura and Chaewon.
However, the group was welcomed with controversies during their debut promotion particularly involving their former center Kim Garam who was involved in bullying controversies. Eventually, the aforementioned idol was kicked out of the group.
Even though the idol was no longer part of the group, she still has fans supporting and wishing for her to return to the industry. On the popular community platform TikTok, Garam is still constantly trending, with fans claiming that her 2-week idol life is one of the most legendary and they won't be able to forget her impact.

Hence, when Garam fans found Ahyeon, they can't help but miss Garam more because of the uncanny resemblance of the two. Some fans even had their hopes up that they thought Ahyeon is Garam and she is redebuting in BABYMONSTER.
