A Korean netizen recently said, "I'm sure Rosé won't renew her contract with YG Entertainment. She'll transfer to Capitol Records under Universal."
They supported their claim by pointing out that BLACKPINK's Rosé is the only Kpop singer followed by Jeremy Vuernick, the president of A&R for Capitol Music Group (CMG).
The same netizen added, "If she stays in YG, she wouldn't have the freedom for her solo activities. They wouldn't let her write and compose her own solo songs, and she always has to go with the company's opinion. There are big restrictions on artists' growth and activities."
