Following their departure from SM Entertainment, Super Junior's Donghae and Eunhyuk establish their very own agency, Odd Entertainment.
On September 1st, Odd Entertainment revealed to Newsen Korea, "Donghae and Eunhyuk established Odd Entertainment after their contract with SM Entertainment expired and took office as co-representatives."
Meanwhile, an insider from the music industry told Sports Seoul Korea, “Eunhyuk and Donghae, who were close friends, came together to establish the company. They plan to continue individual and duo activities at Odd Entertainment. They also consider recruiting new artists and nurturing younger students once the company is established."
According to reports, their manager from SM Entertainment, Won Youngsun, also moved to Odd Entertainment. Manager Won Youngsun is rumored to have submitted a letter of resignation to the company he has been working for for 13 years after receiving love calls from Eunhyuk and Donghae, who he has been managing for a long time.
Donghae and Eunhyuk, who debuted in the iconic boy group Super Junior in 2005, are celebrating their 18th anniversary this year. Although they moved agencies, the duo plans to continue their group activities with the members of Super Junior, who have signed renewal contracts with SM Entertainment. Moreover, besides full group activities, fans are also looking forward to the duo's future activities as a unit, Super Junior-D&E, which started in 2011.
