KARA Holds First Solo Concert in 9 Years in Japan

KARA, the "second generation legend," held a solo concert in Japan for the first time in about nine years.



KARA held a solo concert "KARA THE 5th JAPAN TOUR 2024" (hereinafter "KARASIA") in Tokyo, Japan from the 17th to 18th and met with fans. "KARASIA" is a brand performance that KARA has continued, and it has been held in Japan for the first time in nine years since 2015.

On this day, KARA opened the concert with a Japanese version of "WHEN I MOVE," the title song of the special album "MOVE AGAIN," which is the 15th anniversary of their debut. Solo performances by members also added a lot of attractions. Heo Youngji sang her debut song "L.O.V.E" in Korean, and Kang Jiyoung sang her Japanese single "好きな." Park Gyuri and Han Seungyeon performed "Daydream" and "Guilty" from their special albums "KARA Solo Collection," respectively, while Nicole also performed her solo song "5!6!7!8!" which was well received.

KARA, who also included an emotional atmosphere with "HANABI" and "Last Summer," also performed the title song of the single "I Do I Do" and the song "HELLO," which was released last month. Finally, KARA raised the heat of the scene once again with "Mamma Mia," "Mr." and "Happy Hour," and then performed "SOS," "Rock U," and "STEP" stages as encore songs to end the show.
