TR Entertainment confirms the unexpected passing of producer Shinsadong Tiger on February 23, 2024. He was found collapsed in his studio. The agency did not disclose the cause of his death.
Before his passing, Shinsadong Tiger was working with TRI.BE for their comeback, Diamond. TR Entertainment initially canceled the group's activities but later decided to resume selected activities in honor of the late producer. This turned out to be his final project.

Shinsadong Tiger was a major contributor to K-pop's global popularity having produced upbeat and catchy songs mostly for girl groups and female artists. Among his hits were “NoNoNo” by Apink and “Bubble Pop!” by HyunA. He also produced T-ara's “Roly-Poly” and “Bo Peep Bo Peep," as well as Momoland's "Bboom Bboom."
