On January 3rd, according to Korean media outlets, EXO's D.O—also known as Do Kyungsoo—is in the middle of preparations for his upcoming solo album, which is slated to be released within April-May. It is also said that the singer-actor is currently receiving songs from several composers.
In November of last year, D.O left SM Entertainment to start anew under Company SooSoo, an independent company established alongside his manager since debut. Thus, this will be D.O's first music album under his new home. However, despite leaving his agency of almost twelve years, D.O remains a member of EXO and will still participate in group activities.
Meanwhile, in January, D.O is set to hold a birthday fanmeeting on January 13th at the Myunghwa Live Hall in Seoul, South Korea.
