FIFTY FIFTY will start anew as a quintet, including the existing member Keena. The Seoul Central District Court confirmed August 29 as the date of the first hearing. Although the amount of damages and penalties calculated by Attrakt amounts to tens of billions of won, it is known that they requested 13 billion won in damages in an explicit partial claim at the time of filing the complaint.

Meanwhile, in June 2023, all members of FIFTY FIFTY filed an application for a temporary suspension of the exclusive contract against Attrakt. Attrakt announced the suspension of FIFTY FIFTY's activities externally and accused outside forces that attracted the members to violate the exclusive contract. Attrakt pointed out three people, including CEO Ahn Sung-il, behind the extortion of the members, and filed a complaint with the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul on charges of business breach and obstruction of business against them.
