EXO-M (Korean: 엑소엠; Japanese: エクソエム) is a sub-group of EXO (they used to perform as two separate sub-groups EXO-M and EXO-K). The sub-group consisted of: Kris, Xiumin, Lay, Chen, Luhan, and Tao. This unit hasn’t been active since the departure of Kris, Luhan, and Tao in 2016. The ‘M’ in EXO-M stands for ‘Mandarin’. They debuted on April 8th, 2012 under SM Entertainment with the Mandarin version of ‘MAMA’.
