MIRAE (Korean: 미래소년; Japanese: ミラー), formerly DSP N, DSP Sprouts (DSP새싹즈) and DSP Warriors, was a South Korean boy group under DSP Media. The current lineup consists of 7 members: Lien, Junhyuk, Dohyun, Khael, Dongpyo, Siyoung, and Yubin. They made their debut on March 17, 2021, with the mini album "Killa".
Their official fandom name is NOW, which stands for “New Original World”.
The group’s name MIRAE means “future” in Korean, and reflects their ambition to create a new musical future. They also explained that they exist because their fans NOW exist, just as the future exists because the present exists. The name also means that their fans will support MIRAE both in the present and in the future.
The group was first announced by DSP Media on February 1, 2021, along with their official name and social media accounts. The members were revealed individually from February 2 to February 8, 2021, starting with Siyoung and ending with Dohyun. The group’s debut date was confirmed to be March 17, 2021 on February 22, 2021.
On July 9, 2024, DSP Media released a statement on the group's fancafe announcing MIRAE's disbandment. The agency said, "After much deliberation and discussion, the company and MIRAE members Lee Junhyuk, Lien, Yoo Dohyun, Khael, Son Dongpyo, Park Siyoung, and Jang Yubin, have decided to end the group’s activities. Although the group's activities will come to an end, Son Dongpyo will continue his individual activities as an artist under DSP Media."
