Introduction

Jihae is a former South Korean singer, rapper, and actress. She is a former member and Main Rapper, Main Dancer, and Vocalist of the South Korean pop girl group Girl's Day under DreamT Entertainment.

Jihae originally debuted in the South Korean pop girl group Girl's Day under DreamT Entertainment as an original member with their debut single "갸우뚱 (Tilt My Head)" on the 7th of July 2010. But on the 17th of October 2012, DreamT Entertainment announced that Jihae had left the group in June due to personal matters and wanting to focus on her education.

Shortly after the announcement of her departure, she made her acting debut in the film "Circle of Crime", which that released on October 25, 2012.

On the 26th of December 2012, Jihae along with another former Girl's Day member Jang Hyeri, released the duet song "사랑하는 날" (lit. Loving Day) through YouTube.
