Introduction

Mayna (메이나; formerly known as Mena) is a Chinese-Spanish trainee currently under S2 Entertainment. She was a member of the girl group HOT ISSUE and is a former member of the trainee group YHGIRLS. She was born in Romania and lived in Spain.

In April 2018, using the stage name Mena, she became a contestant on the survival show Produce 101 China as a trainee representing Yue Hua Entertainment. She was eliminated in episode 7 after ranking 52nd place.

Mayna debuted as a member of Hot Issue on April 28, 2021 with the mini album "Issue Maker".

On April 22, 2022, after 4 months of no updates, S2 Entertainment announced that the group has officially disbanded, 6 days before their debut anniversary. The decision was made after a long period of discussion about their future and direction of the group.
