According to JTBC, BTS’ V and BLACKPINK’s Jennie recently ended their relationship. It is presumed that they ended their romantic relationship that lasted nearly a year ahead of V's enlistment.
V and Jennie’s relationship has become virtually solidified to this day after photos of them enjoying a date together last year and spending time together at V's home were revealed.
In addition, various news officials saw V and Jennie enjoying dates together regardless of whether they had overseas or domestic schedules.
V will enlist in the Capital Defense Command on the 11th. Jennie recently confirmed her exclusive contract with YG Entertainment solely for BLACKPINK’s group activities. There is still no confirmation for her individual exclusive contract with the said agency.
The breaking-up reports come just before V's upcoming military enlistment, which has left fans speculating about the reason behind the breakup. While neither V nor Jennie or their agencies have confirmed the news, the rumors have already sparked a lot of discussion and reactions among their fanbase.
