Dreamcatcher Show Off Their Fashion in "OOTD" Music Video

Dreamcatcher, the owner of a unique worldview, predicted another syndrome. It will turn the first page of the parallel world two-part series through 'Villain S'.

Dreamcatcher held a showcase to commemorate the release of its ninth mini-album "Villain S" at the Seoul Campus of Konkuk University in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, at 4 p.m. on the 22nd. The members confidently said, "As the album has been prepared since August, you will be able to see a different charm."

"Villain S" is an album that opens the door to a new worldview and tells the story of a villain. A crown that has the power to hold people, and to complete that crown, Villain sometimes portrays a story of choosing to harm and manipulate people.

Villain is a unique concept that cannot be easily seen. In response, Dami said, "I wanted to show a new side of me. I've never shown the concept of villain before, so I decided to do so," she explained.

Dreamcatcher made headlines every time it returned with an album with a different concept. This album will also draw a parallel world two-part following the last Apocalypse trilogy. In response, Yoohyeon said, "At first, it was a lot of pressure to digest various concepts." She added, "As my skills gradually accumulated, I completed my worldview by studying and learning more."

Sua also said, "Since we are a group with a prominent concept and worldview, it is bound to be a burden. However, the more we did it, the more I thought the members were amazing", she said. "There are still a lot of concepts that the members still want to do."

The title song "OOTD" stands for Outfit Of The Day, which means today's fashion, and expresses Villain's firm conviction, confidence, and transparent greed. In order to express unconventional and destructive confidence, the group will properly show its identity through "OOTD," which adds the effecting of instruments and vocals used in punk rock.

"Villain has a very transparent greed and a tendency to not care about others toward purpose," Jiu said. "OOTD contains the lyrics, 'No one cares about me while showing off me and I won't do anything for my purpose.' You can see the confidence that Villain has," she said.

She added, "We put a lot of villain concepts in the music video. The music video shows seven people fighting for the crown. This part is a good picture of Villain," she said, raising expectations.

In addition, "Intro: This My Fashion," "Rising," "Shatter," and "We Are Young" are expected to be able to feel the distinct identity of Dreamcatcher.

Dreamcatcher will release its ninth mini album "Villain S" at 6 p.m. and continue its activities.
