Danielle June Marsh is a Australian-South Korean singer-songwriter, dancer, and voice actress under ADOR and HYBE Labels. She is best known as a member of the girl group NewJeans.
Although born in Australia, Danielle briefly lived in Korea where she became a child model and appeared in reality programs with her family. After her return to Australia, Danielle continued to take on entertainment challenges, such as festivals and musicals, while pursuing her education. She later moved back to Korea as an idol trainee, eventually leading to her debut as a member of NewJeans.
Danielle was a former YG Entertainment during her middle school years and after leaving attended Def Dance Academy briefly in Seoul where she trained in vocals and dance. She then passed Source Music audition in July 2020, and then transferred to ADOR at the end of 2021.
On July, 22, 2022, Danielle officially debuted as a member of NewJeans with their self-titled mini debut album "NewJeans".
Besides group activities with NewJeans, Danielle also participated in numerous brand endorsements and other solo activities. In May 2023, Danielle made her big screen debut as the Korean voice actress of the iconic character Ariel, from the Disney film "The Little Mermaid." She also released her rendition of the song "Part of Your World" as part of the movie's official soundtrack. She is the sister of Gyuna.
