JooE (also known as Lee Joo Won) is a South Korean singer under Oneul Entertainment and JooJoo Enter. She was the Lead Vocalist, Lead Dancer, Lead Rapper and Face of the Group MOMOLAND.

She earned fifth place in the reality survival show "Finding Momoland", earning her a spot in the group. She debuted as a member of MOMOLAND on November 10, 2016 with their first mini album Welcome to Momoland. On February 14,2023, MOMOLAND announced their offical disbandment.

After the disbandment of the group, she participated in the survival show Queendom Puzzle but was eliminated in 25th place.
