Park Jihoon (박지훈), formerly known as Jihoon, is a South Korean singer and actor under Maroo Entertainment. He is mainly known for participating in Produce 101 Season 2 and becoming a member of Wanna One.
Park Jihoon initally debuted as a child actor, participating in musicals such as Peter Pan (2007–2009), The Harmonium in My Memory (2010), and Radio Star (2010–2011), as well as television dramas like Jumong (2006–2007), The King and I (2007–2008), Kimchi Cheese Smile (2007–2008), Iljimae (2008), and more.
From April 7th to June 16th of 2017, Park Jihoon participated in Mnet's survival program Produce 101 Season 2. Under the stage name of Jihoon, he finished in 2nd place and earned himself a place in the group Wanna One. He eventually debuted as the lead dancer and visual of the group on August 7, 2017 with the mini album 1X1=1 (To Be One). He continued to be in the group until they disbanded on January 27, 2019. However, they reunited to release the single Beautiful (Part.3) on January 27, 2022.
2 months after Wanna One's disbandment, Park Jihoon made his solo debut on March 26, 2019 with the mini album O'Clock.
Besides from being a soloist, he still continues to act in successful television dramas, including Love Revolution (2020), At a Distance, Spring is Green (2021), and Weak Hero Class 1 (2022).
He majored in Broadcasting Arts Department at School of Performing Arts Seoul and graduated in February 2018. He attended Chung-Ang University, majored in Performing Arts and Media.
