Son Chaeyoung is a South Korean rapper, singer-songwriter, dancer, and logo designer under JYP Entertainment. She is best known as the main rapper of the sensational girl group TWICE.
On May 5, 2015, she became a contestant on JYP's survival show, SIXTEEN. She ended up becoming one of the members, hence securing her spot in TWICE. They officially debuted on October 20, 2015, with their first mini-album, "The Story Begins".
Chaeyoung became the first member to receive writing credits when she wrote the rap verse for Twice's version of J.Y Park's Precious Love, as part of their 2016 release Page Two. Moreover, Chaeyoung designed the group's limited edition Page Two album cover and also designed three different pairs of SPRIS shoes.
