Hong Jisoo (홍지수), also known for his stage name Joshua (조슈아), is a Korean-American singer under Pledis Entertainment. He is best known for being the lead vocalist of the boy group Seventeen. He is part of the group's vocal unit.
Joshua was born and raised in California. He frequented Koreatown where he was scouted by an agent from Pledis Entertainment. After passing an audtion, Joshua moved back to South Korea and became an official trainee, until he eventually made his official debut on May 26, 2015 as a member of SEVENTEEN.
