While IU is one of the biggest names in K-pop, she’s also living proof that dreams don’t come easy! This queen went from rags to riches, but her journey was anything but smooth. She auditioned for twenty companies and faced rejection from nearly all of them, even JYP Entertainment, one of the top players in the game. She just wrapped up her first world tour, and guess what? She celebrated a major milestone by pulling off her “100th solo concert.” Her latest encore concert named, “The Winning,” concluded on September 22, 2024, making history in the process.

From BIGBANG’s G-Dragon to ATEEZ’s Seonghwa and Jongho, Lesserafim’s Sakura and Chaewon, and RIIZE’s Anton and Sungchan, this concert was practically a red carpet for K-pop idols! And it didn’t stop there. BTS’s J-Hope and V were in the house, along with Aespa’s Winter, EXO’s D.O., the national host Yoo Jae Suk, and comedian duo Park Myung Soo and Yang Se Chan.
