Introduction

On December 27 2021, SM Entertainment announced their new female supergroup GOT the beat (Korean: 갓 더 비트; Japanese: ビートを得た), featuring BoA, aespa's Winter and Karina, Red Velvet's Seulgi and Wendy, and Girls' Generation's Taeyeon and Hyoyeon.

GOT the beat revealed a special stage on January 1 2022 and debuted on January 3, 2022 with their first single "Step Back".

On January 16th, 2023, they made their comeback, with a new single called "Stamp On It."
