Introduction

The Boyz is an eleven-member boy group under ONE HUNDRED. They made their official debut on December 6, 2017, with the EP titled "The First."

Before debuting, the group was first introduced as 'Cre.kerz' until their agency revealed their official name. They also starred in their very own reality show "Flower Snack" and released their pre-debut single, "I'm Your Boy." As trainees, the group also got to hold their first fan meeting and snagged endorsements such as with uniform brand Skoolooks.

The Boyz initially debuted with twelve members until Hwall, currently known as Hyunjun Hur's departure in July 2019.

In February 2020, The Boyz participated in the Mnet reality show "Road to Kingdom," where they finished in first place, allowing them to advance to "Kingdom: Legendary War" alongside other established boy groups.

In March 2022, IST Entertainment announced that Eric would be going on hiatus due to health reasons. In August of 2022, IST Entertainment announced that Sunwoo would be going on hiatus due to health reasons. In September of 2022, IST Entertainment announced that both Sunwoo and Eric would return to promoting in THE BOYZ. Sunwoo returned for the next activities and Eric returned for the next album promotions. On November 16, 2023, IST Entertainment announced that Ju Haknyeon would be going on hiatus due to disc stenosis in his lower back. He returned from hiatus before the release of "[Phantasy] Pt.3 Love Letter".

On November 15, ONE HUNDRED confirmed the reports that THE BOYZ will be joining their agency in mid-December after leaving IST Entertainment.
